At LunaTerra, we bring Luna and Terra into harmony, illuminating the mind and grounding the body. Rooted in human connection, we offer shared experiences of creativity, movement, learning, and joy that support wellness, presence, and belonging.
As longtime friends with complementary backgrounds, we found ourselves returning again and again to the same idea; creating a space where physical movement and inner reflection could exist side by side. Rayne’s lifelong love of dance and movement and Angela’s work in mindfulness, expressive arts, and somatic practices naturally came together to form the foundation of LunaTerra.
We envisioned a studio that felt welcoming, playful, and grounding; a place where people could move their bodies, quiet their minds, explore creativity, and simply reconnect with themselves in a supportive community.
At LunaTerra, our classes, individual sessions, and events are designed to nurture both body and mind. Some experiences may energize and challenge you physically, while others offer space to slow down, restore, and reflect. Together, they create opportunities for exploration, expression, and genuine connection.
The name LunaTerra reflects this balance, the meeting of intuition and grounding, reflection and embodiment. Our hope is that everyone who walks through our doors leaves feeling a little more connected, empowered, and inspired than when they arrived.

Rayne Chase
Born and raised in Maine, Rayne has been dancing for as long as she can remember. Dance was her first love, and over the years that love naturally expanded into a deep passion for movement and fitness.
With a background in ballet and modern dance, Rayne brings both artistry and athleticism to every class. She is a certified Pilates, Dance, Yoga, and Barre instructor, blending strong technical foundations with an encouraging, down-to-earth teaching style. While she loves offering a variety of movement practices, her favorite genre to teach is Heels — where confidence, strength, and expression meet.
Whether you meet her on the mat or at the barre, Rayne invites you to experience a range of weekly classes designed to help you feel empowered, strong, and connected in your body.
