What is LunaTerra's cancellation policy?12-Hour Cancellation Window
You may cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the class starts at no charge. Your class credit will be returned to your account
Late Cancellation & No-Show
To help us honor the space and availability for all clients, cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time, or failure to attend a reserved class, will result in the loss of the class pass used at the time of booking.
Studio Cancellations
If the studio must cancel a class due to inclement weather or instructor illness, you will not be charged. Your class credit will be fully refunded to your account, and you will be notified via [email/text].
Where is LunaTerra?LunaTerra Studio is located in suite # 4233 on the 4th floor of the Dana Warp Mill building in Wesbtrook, ME.
Where do I park?Ample parking spots are located at the front of Dana Warp Mill on Bridge Street as well as the lot directly adjacent to the building’s north side.
