Through slow, mindful rolling, breath awareness, and subtle movement, participants learn how to reduce tightness, improve mobility, and restore balance throughout the body. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a calming yet effective way to relieve everyday aches, support recovery from physical activity, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection and ease within your body.

Step into confidence with our Beginner Heels class! Made for all levels, this class will introduce you to the fundamentals of dancing in heels. You’ll learn posture, balance, basic technique, and sensual movements to help you feel strong and empowered. We’ll focus on body awareness, musicality, and simple choreography, all in a supportive and fun environment. No experience necessary—just bring your heels and an open mind!
